MLB At Bat app updated for 2011 season, rocketing up App Store charts
The MLB at Bat app is back for 2011 and as popular as ever. Costing one cent shy of $15 and having been released just yesterday, the iPhone app has already rocketed up to the number 3 spot in the US Top Paid Apps chart.
The app lets you pick your favorite team this year, which then acts as your landing page when you fire up the app. You can also watch live streams of 150 Spring Training games through the app courtesy of MLB.TV, after which you'll have to cough-up for a MLB.TV subscription if you want to watch the rest of the season.
If you're a Major League fan, then MLB At Bat '11 is available for both the iPhone and iPad, with both apps setting you back 15 bucks.
