Seas0nPass untethered Apple TV jailbreak now available for Mac

We saw the Chronic Dev Team push out a Greenpois0n untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.2.1 last week, but now FireCore have brought the same jailbreak components to their Apple TV offering in an update to their nice and simple Seas0nPass jailbreak tool. Currently only available for Mac, Apple TV owners rocking Apple TV 4.1.1, which confusingly runs iOS 4.2.1, can use the tool to get their jailbreak on and load up either FireCore's own aTV Flash (black) or XBMC. Windows users wanting in on the Seas0nPass action will have to wait a little while as it's currently being finalized.

If you've already jailbroken your Apple TV with GreenPois0n then there's no need to re-jailbreak with Seas0nPass as they both work in exactly the same way. However, if you have yet to take the jailbreak-plunge and realize the full potential of your mini media marvel, perhaps now's the time.
