Skyfire browser for iPad adds URL auto-completion, better Private Browsing

Skyfire browser for iPadSkyfire's browser offering for the iPad has received an update, taking it to version 2.1.1. This version has added URL auto-completion, so going to popular websites is now a tad quicker. Just start typing in the address bar, and Skyfire will do its best to guess where you're trying to go.

Also in this version are many bug fixes and performance improvements. For example, an issue with the History showing up as empty has been fixed. The Private Browsing mode, akin to those found in desktop browsers, has also been made more robust.

Skyfire for iPad costs $4.99. Skyfire's most well known feature is its ability to play millions of Flash videos from various websites across the internet. The browser also has many social features, integrating Facebook, Twitter and Google Reader into your browsing experience.
