iControlBits for iOS lets you manage your Transmission torrents
There's a New Year's treat for Transmission users waiting in the App Store. It seems Apple has approved iControlBits -- a new app that can remotely manage your torrent downloads. Apple has historically blocked any torrent-related apps, like Drivetrain, an app very similar to iControlBits, which was submitted last May.
The app sells for $1.99 and gives you the ability to monitor and control (pause, resume, stop, and delete) existing downloads. There's no option to add new torrents, though the developer has told TorrentFreak that feature is has already been coded and should be delivered in the next update -- but it will be interesting if Apple allows iControlBits to remain in the App Store long enough to see said update.

I've managed to get by just fine up to now with Transmission's web controller, which works well on mobile Safari.
