Google Shopper for Android updates with better filtering options

Google Shopper is a handy tool for saving cash on the go, and the version 1.31 update makes it a little bit better. The app now offers more filtering options, including the option to limit items to those with free shipping. Featured list items also display more quickly, and a banner has been added to highlight "featured list partners." The update also fixes a handful of crash bugs related to cameras, premature button presses, and filtering.
