Skyfire for iPhone updated with Sharing and Twitter

Skyfire for iPhone updateSkyfire, the iPhone Web browser that brings you Flash video to your Flash-hating iPhone via transcoding, has just got an update bringing more social options to the app. If sharing is in your blood you'll be pleased to find 'Quickview' now supports Twitter as well as Facebook, and you can now fire off links via tweets direct from the app. But that's not all as Google Reader sharing has also been implemented along with Pinboard and Tumblr. Web clipping services Instapaper and Read It Later have also been added into the mix, meaning you don't have to rely on bookmarklets to save stories for later reading.

The 2.1 update also brings better tab handling with an 'open in tab' feature, wider video coverage support for sites that require logins and provide HTML5 video, plus many other smaller improvements. As always the update is available for free from the App Store, but iPad owners take note, an iPad specific version is on the way.
