Instapaper updated with AirPrint and even more sharing options

Instapaper for iOS Update
Instapaper, one of our favorite apps for the iPad and iPhone, has just been updated for iOS 4.2. You can now print saved articles using AirPrint to any AirPrint enabled printer, or through your Mac, directly from Instapaper. I'm not quite sure why you'd want to print an article when it's already in a print substitute, but should you have the urge the option is there.

Sharing seems to play a big part in modern media consumption, and as such Instapaper has bolstered its sharing repertoire with a long list of apps supported including:
Shareables, Pastebot, GoodReader, iCab Mobile, 360 Web Browser, Atomic Web Browser, Full Screen Browser, Sopods Full Screen, Offline Pages, Firetask, Ideawell, Appigo ToDo, Notebooks, Notitas, Print Magic, Seesmic, SimplyTweet, Yummy, Delibar, and Terminology. Previous apps are still supported: Tumblr, Twitter, Twitterrific, Birdhouse, Echofon, Twittelator, OmniFocus, QuickReader.
Phew, that's a lot of supported apps, and they've all got icons in the 'Share panel' now, including grey ones for dark mode.

Speaking of dark mode, a map has been added so that you can manually add your location for auto-dark-mode setting, which was added in the last update, if Instapaper can't find your location automatically. A couple of bugs have also been fixed, including posting to Twitter issues, and as always the universal app's update can be download free-of-charge from your friendly neighborhood App Store.

Be warned though: if you haven't updated your iPad to iOS 4.2.1, do not install this update, as it'll crash to the home screen on iPads running iOS 3.2.
