Hulu Plus now available to all, price dropped to $7.99 a month
There good news today for those of you who have been wishing you could sign up for Hulu Plus: the service has officially launched. Better yet, they've knocked the price down from $9.99 to $7.99 -- and preview users will get a credit back for the difference. The price drop has a lot to do with the recent testing of Netflix's streaming-only plan (which is also $7.99 per month).

I love using Hulu on my PS3. So far, it's been great. I don't mind "paying for commercials" since I pay for the cheapest cable tv package and there's still commercials on every channel anyway.

I've been rocking Hulu+ since August and I love it. It keeps me company while I work in the evenings. I've cranked through several complete series. I was still awake when this announcement hit my inbox this AM and sure enough, I went to check my account and I'd already received a $10 credit. $2 for each month and a bonus thank you of $2. Good move on their part.

What happened to that $4.95 price? That I could afford, not $8.
