Spotify for webOS is out, you still need a subscription to use it
Spotify has just launched another mobile app, this time for Palm's (now HP's) webOS. Those who own smartphones running this operating system, such as the Palm Pre and the Palm Pixi can now use their Spotify Premium subscriptions while on the go as well. Because, as with all other Spotify mobile applications, a Premium account is required for this app to work.Feature-wise, it's pretty much got everything you'd expect. You can search and browse through Spotify's catalog of millions of tracks, create, sync and edit playlists, view and play your friends' playlists, listen to offline-enabled playlists, wirelessly sync your local files to your phone, and share music via email, messaging and Facebook. As with the desktop version of Spotify, the webOS app also supports scrobbling to last.fm.
Spotify for webOS is a free download from the Palm App Catalog.

I must admit that requiring a subscription to be able to use Spotify on your smartphone is a really smart move. It is yet another reason for us that thinks the free ad supported edition is enough might think about getting premium.

Looks like U.S. webOS users are SOL on getting this, at least for the moment. :(
