Two things popped into my mind right away:
1) 90% of my searches are work related - javascript, css, web design, etc., doubt I'll find any of my friends liking any pages in the results.
2) Wouldn't it be awkward if let's say a husband was searching for some girl-on-girl action and one of the results was liked by his wife ;) Hmmm, well, it would either be very awkward, or incredibly lucky for the him
