WhereTheLadies.at uses Foursquare to point you toward the ladies
If you need to find a group of social-networking-savvy females near you, point your mobile browser to wheretheladies.at. This amusing new site uses Foursquare to reveal the nearby locations with the highest numbers of female users checked in. There's apparently also an iPhone application coming, and the interface is (no joke) a big compass that points toward the ladies.
This app may not work that well in smaller towns -- it might be more like "Where the lady at?" -- but I can see it being thoroughly functional in San Francisco, NYC, and the like. Of course, there are obvious creepy implications here, but sometimes there's a perfectly good reason to get away from male-dominated social events.

This is incredibly creepy and sad. Or maybe I'm just a married old fart that doesn't understand the complexities of modern dating.
