A photo tour of the Google campus in Mountain View, California
Next up, after my tour of the Mozilla offices, is Google! Much like Mozilla (and the rest of Silicon Valley), the Google offices are modern. Almost everywhere you look is open space with just a few dividers providing a modicum of privacy between each of the engineers. There are temporary, blow-up yurts if you require a meeting space, but that's it. Between the buildings there are beautiful gardens, benches to sit on and even stone and marble sculptures.
I didn't make it all the way around the campus (it's really, really big), but I managed to photograph almost all of the cool things -- in the areas I was allowed to visit, anyway! Most notably, I missed the dinosaur -- but hopefully you'll forgive me, once you look through the gallery below.

The pools are neverending pools.. water flows from one side to the other, so you can swim "endlessly".

Are you sure? There was one guy in there that seemed to be turning around every 10 seconds or so...!
Maybe you can turn that on or off -- it would have to be quite a strong flow...

The big metal handles are a big giveaway. It sure looks like one, but then.. I can't be sure.

I found proof :)
"Lying behind the swinging doors is an ivy-league university campus complete with volleyball courts, outdoor eating tables and two swim-in-place wave pools. ..."

Google has a sand volleyball court on campus?
Where do I send my resume?

Whilst all these facilities are lovely, bear in mind that one of the reasons that Google offer them is because they want you to stay longer at the office and work more.
Which might be fine for you, but as you get older you tend to value your time outside of the office - especially when you have children.
