Hm. Response to Hotmail's 'Sweep', but probably better.

It seems Google is first with fewer and fewer innovations these days. I thought Microsoft was the one to "follow then dominate".

Last time I checked, you couldn't make calls from Windows Live (hot)Mail. Google has a greater ambition than Windows Live does. The current management methods in Gmail are excellent, before the recent revamp the ones in Live Mail were archaic. Windows Live Mail is still playing catchup.
