@Spanky: v1.0 had an issue with reading backups from localized installs of windows, i.e. that had non-default names for folders like 'My Music'. Thats fixed in the latest release.

People having issues in Win7 and Vista are likely to be bumping into the same issue. I've checked and tested things on Win7-64bit and v1.2 works as advertised.

FYI Also some people are having more success when they use the "Manage music manually" sync option.
