Phoneable lets you sync your iPhone or iPod with multiple iTunes libraries
Don't get me wrong, I like my iPod touch -- there are just certain restrictions which can sometimes hamper the experience. Say, for example, you've got computers in two different locations (maybe one at home and another at work). You'd like to be able to sync all your music on both systems using iTunes, but you can't.
At least you're not supposed to be able to, but a free Windows app offers a simple workaround. It's called Phoneable, and it'll have you syncing your iPhone or iPod media on multiple computers in three easy steps.
The process is about as painless as it can get. First, perform a backup of your device in iTunes. Next, install and launch PhoneAble and perform the check. If your key doesn't match, click set key. That's it. You should now be able to sync your music, video, and pics on additional computers...
... as long as they all run Windows. If they do, grab PhoneAble and start syncing!

It seems to work on all 32-bit iTunes installs -- including those on Windows Vista and 7 32-bit

Thinking guys that your problem under Vista and Win7 is probably UAC (user account control) where it's not actually running with full 'Administrator' rights. You have one of two options (I recommend the first): modify the shortcut to start the program by right-clicking and hit Properties - then hit ADVANCED - and check the box 'Run as Administrator'. This should allow it to modify the registry then (and not just read it).
The other option is you can right-click the shortcut each time and click 'Run as Administrator' - but if you forget, everything will look like it's proceeding but just not 'change'.
Let me know if that works for you -

No. It can't find the backup of the iPhone in the 64bit version even if you run it as an admin.

@Spanky: v1.0 had an issue with reading backups from localized installs of windows, i.e. that had non-default names for folders like 'My Music'. Thats fixed in the latest release.
People having issues in Win7 and Vista are likely to be bumping into the same issue. I've checked and tested things on Win7-64bit and v1.2 works as advertised.
FYI Also some people are having more success when they use the "Manage music manually" sync option.
