Camera+ gives you a better iPhone camera, without waiting for iPhone 4
By now, we've all seen that the iPhone 4's camera will be a heck of a lot better than the camera on the iPhone 3GS. Tarnation! it even shoots HD video! If you're a 3GS owner, though, you can get the most out of your current phone camera with a 3-buck app called Camera+. Camera+ basically collects all the best features of other iPhone photo apps and rolls them into one pretty package. Check out this feature set: the best digital zoom you've ever seen in an iPhone app, a grid for framing your photos properly, a lightbox that lets you view and delete photos before you decide which ones to send to your phone's camera roll ... should I go on? Because I can.
There's also a flash that does a decent job fixing low-light shots, an anti-shake setting, a selection of frames you can apply to your images, and a whole bunch of one-click photo effects that you can use to punch up a dull shot. It's as if my favorite free camera apps -- GorillaCam and Mill Colour -- had a baby that turned out more successful than either of them.
Oh, and Camera+ is from TapTapTap, the company behind the eye-candy bonanza that is the Classics eReader app. That means Camera+ looks darn good, on top of having great features. Note to Steve Jobs: you should probably buy this and use it as the standard iPhone camera app.

This post sounds more like an ad than a review.
The appstore is full of Apps like this one, some of them costs less, and some are free.

Low light flash? I'm still trying to find that, unless it's iPhone 4 only.
