Firefox for Android development gets a boost as crash reporting goes live

If you're trying to work out bugs in a new application, automatic crash reports can be extremely helpful. It's the kind of thing that could really come in handy if you were trying to polish off a mobile version of a web browser, for example. Not suprisingly, the team at Mozilla feels the same way.
In the latest nightly builds of Firefox for Android, crash reporting has been turned on. The mobile version uses the same Breakpad libraries Firefox has been using on the desktop since version 3.0. Mozilla developer Mark Finkle writes "If you decide to send a crash report to Mozilla, and we really hope you do, you can see your crash, and other crashes, at the Mozilla Crash Reports web site."

As they say, if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem -- so if you're testing Firefox for Android update to the most recent nightly build and start submitting those crash reports!
Thanks for the tip, Yansky!
