Favoorit is a simple browser start page
Favoorit is a very simple, no-frills, personalized start page that can be a great fit for novice users.
It's basically a Google search box along with a configurable list of favorite sites, and it's all overlaid on a bold wallpaper. The user can easily set whatever wallpaper they wish to use and switch at any time. Selection is from a large pre-made list, but you can also upload an image from your own computer.
It's all quite safe for work except for the "Sexy Girls" category, which seems rather borderline; there's no outright nudity, but there are lots of images that would not be received well in an office environment.
You won't find RSS feeds here; you can't even log in or open an account. It stores your favorite websites using a cookie, which is just about as simple as it gets. Switch to a different computer (or browser), and you'll have to configure your favorite websites again. However, for most users who would like such a service, this sort of simplicity is a plus rather than a minus.
It's definitely not for power users, but your grandmother might like it.

I've been using www.symbaloo.com/ recently and I absolutely love it.

But it only lets you enter 20 sites. The "Add Favorites" button is gone after you enter 20 sites. You can't scroll down the page.

Some of the sites can over complicate things. (except fav4.org) but has strict limitations.
My favorite is Faviz http://www.faviz.com - It has quick links to a handfull of bookmark (most comonly used) and can be accessed anywhere. the graphics are a bit simple but it does give you quick access.
