Dropbox for Android is coming: first screenshots

Dropbox for Android
Dropbox is pretty much consensus. It's great, and one of the only complaints that can be heard about it is that it's not widespread enough. For example, while it does have an iPhone app, it's still missing an Android client.

Apparently, not for long. The upcoming Android client will have live streaming, as well as file download support. Editing files on the go will reflect the changes in the Dropbox, and you could upload videos to the Dropbox instantly and share their public links.

I know I don't sound all that excited, but I guess it's because I don't own an Android device (Nokia FTW!). It is pretty big news, especially the bit about streaming your own music. If you have a 50GB account, it means you get access to a massive chunk of your music library at all times. Handy indeed! Now we just have to see when they actually go ahead and release it, instead of just teasing with screenshots...

I've put up most of the screenshots they've released right after the jump.

Warning: They're quite large (hi-res).
