I've tried to post this several times. I'll give it one more try not as a reply to myself to see if it works then I give up.

Okay, I'd like to amend my previous post. This looks like it's just a spin off of wundermap, which has been around since 2008. iMapWeather still looks like it has a few other features, but hasn't been around longer as it was introduced last year.
Both seem to do a nice enough job for web based weather. Both choke when you try to download full screen animated loops due to the size of the data and the fact that you're trying to animate full screen. I use radar software on my computer, but these maps are nice for when i'm on the run or on my Mac.
