What apps have changed the way you work this year?

Looking back over 2009, I can honestly say there weren't a lot of apps that made the cut. Here are the ones that did:
- Microsoft Security Essentials - This free security suite offers real-time protection and on-demand virus and spyware scans. It's much lighter weight than solution I'd previously used from AVG, Avast, and others and it's now one of the first apps I install on any computer.
- Google Chrome - OK, I know that this web browser was released in 2008, but it came out of beta this year. And more importantly, this is the year it became my default web browser. It's fast, light, does an excellent job of separating running processes, and has taught me that I don't need all the add-ons and plugins that are available for Firefox (although Chrome did add support for extensions recently).
What have you installed this year that's changed the way you do things?

Windows 7 (RC): Lets not forget that Redmond gave me a great OS which I actively love (well poetic licence) for FREE for a year (more when you count the Beta) - so not only did it change the way I work, it changed the way I feel about MS!
MSE: it's set on auto. I never think about it. It's light, it works, it's free. Well done MS.
MS Office 10 - they gave that to me too! (for a year). Its great, the print dialog alone is fantastic. Sorry Open Office but Office 10 has won me over, it feels new, modern, well considered from top to bottom. No downside (well saving the bucks is hard!)
LastPass password manager. Top Stuff, not perfect, took a while to trust it but cross platform/cross browsers/cross locations - it has changed things for me.
uTorrent Turbo Booster. Don't know how it works and its not terrific all the time and its not free but it can find and link with a bunch of peers like magic and at least double the speed of some torrent downloads.
Paragon BackUp and Recovery 10 Free Edition - throw all the others out, if you want to clone your OS (and you should) and then want to update that clone incrementally there is NO other free tool as safe, powerful and reliable as this and unlike another paid solution this works flawlessly with Win 7.
All the rest are old hat but the stand outs are: Everything, AIMP, RevoUninstaller.
