If I recall, no official AppStore flashlight can actually turn on maximum brightness.... they're limited to whatever your brightness slider is at.

Also, there are other colored strobing effect flashlights... John Haney Software's "Flashlight." and doapp inc's "myLite Flashlight" both come immediately to mind, and they're both free on the AppStore.
