This is a bit misleading - it's a very limited time range. For starters, it says 'W50 to W51 09' as the time range. Just going directly to StatCounter's global stats site, the FF 3.5 vs IE7 battle is neck and neck for Dec 09. Also, this is only for statcounter users - while a very sizable sample, I doubt it's without its margin of error.
Not that there's anything wrong with Firefox, but there's a lot more data that would probably put this in perspective.
