Well, we'd never actually recommend playing games at work, especially if you want to stay gainfully employed. But the folks at Can't You See I'm Busy seem to think that there's a market for looking busy instead of being busy. Maybe they're trying to capitalize on knowledge workers that are suffering from boreout.

Can't You See I'm Busy has a set of online games that look exactly like Windows productivity software like Excel. Land a lunar lander on the rocky terrain of a line graph in Leadership, or knock away text in the breakout clone Breakdown. The idea that if someone approaches you while playing these games, you can quickly hit the spacebar to hide all the game elements and leave a "believable" looking productivity document on your screen, or at the very least make it not obvious that you were screwing around.

We suggest that if you're going to try Can't You See I'm Busy's games at work, do so on your coffee or lunch break. The games just aren't good enough to risk being fired.
