HootSuite launches iPhone Twitter client, with stats and scheduled tweets
HootSuite is a fairly well-established web-based Twitter client, but now it's taking its show on the road with a new iPhone app. The main features HootSuite's got that competing iPhone clients don't have (yet) are the ability to view statistics for your tweets and the ability to schedule tweets to go out at certain times. Aside from those two advantages, HootSuite has a feature set that basically keeps up with others on the market now with list support, saved searches, trending topics, and multiple accounts.
At $1.99, HootSuite is actually less expensive than many other premium Twitter clients on the iPhone. In terms of the UI, HootSuite's not too shabby, either. I especially like the ability to swipe between columns. I'm still going to go with Tweetie 2 as my favorite iPhone Twitter client, but HootSuite is a solid contender that's well worth grabbing, especially if you're into stats. It's available in the app store now.

I was reading the comments on itunes about the app..
They still force you to use ow.ly to spam your followers with their bar.., and charge you for it.
What a joke.

2. Five (TvvitterBug exclusive) user-customizable Tweet Views.
3. Up to Five user accounts easily accessible from any view.
4. Persistent Tweets between launchings so you can view your tweets anytime.
5. Double-Tap Instant Update to easily and quickly refresh your tweet views on demand.
6. Built-in Photo capabilities to add photos directly to your tweets.
7. Built-in Translation support using any of the state-of-the-art web translation engines you choose, such as Google Translate, Yahoo Babelfish, or Promt Translator.
8. Built-in Web Access to view tweet embedded pictures and other URLs.
9. Editable User Profile, including setting a new Avatar picture.
10. Support for both “Fixed” and “Editable” Retweets – your choice.
