Hi,
all these program can do this kind of job. The thing to remember it that Fab's AutoBackup is easy for everyone. Items detection is automatic, there is no need to know exactly how Firefox, Thunderbird or other works. Specify a backup location, check the boxes you want and run. That's it! This program is always evolving, since a few days, command line parameters have been added, that is a nice feature because Windows task scheduler can be used to automate the process. Just try the demo.
