The PS3 browser isn't AWFUL, but it's not great, either. I tried hitting popcap.com, and it locked up my console. It may support Flash, but it doesn't support any sort of plugins -- it works (mostly) with YouTube, but not with hulu or amazon video or Netflix video (without the special Blu-Ray disc). You'd think video support would be where it excels, but it's not.
The interface is clunky if you don't take the time to learn all the shortcuts. It's a TON easier to use if you have a wireless keyboard, but even then it's not the same interface you're used to from browsing on computers.
