I'm not so sure that it's supposed to bring up an address bar. If this is for an actual kiosk, that particular function wouldn't be necessary.

Of course it is not supposed to bring up address bar. I think kiosk mode will be used mainly with locally installed web apps.

Yeah, sorry..misplaced modifier there...Was referring to full screen mode, not Kiosk, where I'd want the bar available ;)
