Thanks for checking us out! Glad you like the product. Couple notes on IM:

- IM conversations also appear in the "All" tab across all IM networks so easier to view/switch between them all
- The other features and options (conversations in separate window) are on our roadmap - hopefully we can deliver sooner rather than later

You can switch skins by clicking the arrow icon on the Friends tab, then selecting "Manage Widgets>Skins". We just have a few now but will be adding more. We're also working on a right hand side option.
