Google Voice for BlackBerry and Android now available
Of course, you don't need a mobile app to have all calls made to your Google Voice number directed to your cellphone or any other phone. But when you add that feature to the mobile client, Google Voice is starting to look like a pretty full-featured service for managing your phone calls and text messages on a mobile device.
There's just one catch for BlackBerry users. While the mobile app can tie into a Google Android phone's native address book for making calls and sending text messages, this feature is absent from the BlackBerry version. So if you've already got most of your contacts in your BlackBerry address book, you may need to spend some time importing the information to Google Voice as well.
Google Voice mobile is available for download from the Android Market, or from m.google.com/voice. There's no app available for iPhone, Windows Mobile, Symbian, or other platforms yet. You can find a bunch of screenshots of the Google Android version of Google Voice Mobile at Lifehacker.

I'm also having trouble logging in on the Storm. I can't get to the password field. Can you give me an idea of how the "magical" scrolling happened? Thanks!

When you are at the login screen just slide your finger down the screen and you should notice it go down to the password box and to the login button then it takes a little fine tuning to get it where you want it. Hopefully that helps.

It would be nice if you can dial by name from Dialer tab, then it pull the contact from your BB contacts.

I have been testing it, two things are beyond awesome...
1) The "voice mail karaoke", has a scrubber bar like the iPhones visual voice mail, that you touch to fast forward or rewind audio. As you listen to the audio of the voice mail, the transcription text follows along at the same pace. As each word is spoken, the corresponding text hight lights red. Off the chart utility when trying to pull phone numbers people leave to call them at in a voice mail.
I often have to replay a voice mail three and four times to hear the number correctly and write it down, *then* manually dial the phone to call them back. Now you just long press the number as it is displayed on the screen and the phone dials it.
2) I can verify that text messages ( SMS ) going out from handset are free and don't use carrier channel ( That's free unlimited text messaging kids! ). I do not have a text messaging plan, and I didn't not get the usual "That last message cost you $0.20..." after send text message.

Of note: visit voice.google.com from your mobile browser on those other systems and you *do* get a (limited) GV interface. Better than nothing while we're waiting for our own apps....
