So do we know for certain if MSDNAA will get this or not?

Two points: MSDNAA will definitely get Windows 7 at some point. Whether this is October 22nd or closer to the MSDN/TechNet release is yet to be determined. Also, just because it's available to MSDNAA does not mean that it is always available to you. Your MSDNAA admin needs to give you access to it.
