Create databases with MS Access, make then web apps with Zoho
Zoho Creator is basically a collaborative, web-based database application, while Access is strictly desktop-based. You could just create your web app/database in Zoho Creator, but if you're either more comfortable with Access this new plugin could save a lot of time.
Your basic application can be made available to the public, but one of the other advantages of Zoho Creator is that you can share your application with other users who you want to collaborate with. You can provide them with full access to edit the complete structure of the database, or just partial access if you simply need them to input data.
Users can create up to 3 applications and share them with up to 2 users for free. If you want to create unlimited apps with more users, you can sign up for plans ranging from $15 to $175/month.

Anyone tried http://www.MyTaskHelper.com?
It has many improvements and enhancements.
Now it acts mostly like Web-Forms builder.
It has Team page now, so you can work with team on your databases, webfroms.
Service absolutely FREE.

Another option that does something similar is http://eqldata.com/. With that one, you upload your Access database to the web, and it actually runs inside Access, so you get your forms, reports, etc too.
