I just downloaded this earlier today. Is Download Squad monitoring my online activities??? ;-)
Don't be concerned that it has "mac" in the title. It isn't for powerpc or anything. It does have a dock but it doesn't overly mimic osx unlike some other puppy "pupplets" that I tried.
I was using xubuntu on the locked down computer in my office at school and it was much faster than the nearly unusable xp on the computer but puppy linux is lots faster than xubuntu.
I only use this computer to listen to internet radio and video and minimal web browsing so I can't testify to how well it works for other tasks but for it seems to be a dream for web browsing and minimal web audio and video.
