Because this site has a weird behind the scenes association with Microsoft, constant off topic (WTF has this to do with downloading anything?) MS product posts, followed by really weird MS fanboys (who illogically fawn over product placements) comments, who give the impression they all work at redmond... its really annoying and putting people off this feed...

I can truthfully say that there's nothing weird about our behind-the-scenes relationship with Microsoft. Unless you count my torrid affair with Steve Ballmer.
But seriously dude. I don't even know anyone that works at MS.
And since they do power almost 90% of the world's computers, so sometimes we like to report on their product news.
