Windows 7 has a lot less functionality than Vista, so I call "Jason" on this.
I've been running the pre-fork RC and RC builds. Windows 7 to me is a colossal disappointment, and I have a shrink-wrap box for Windows NT v3.1 here, so I've been plugging away at NT for some time.
Whoever is running Microsoft right now, bing and the new input system for Xbox is great, however, Ribbons being forced into office and Windows 7 are just terrible product management. They are going for the "last 10% of the market" pissing off everyone who used this software for ages by moving stuff and de-featurizing stuff is stupid ways.
