Lee, do you happen to know whether there are any "branding" features available with the free version? I run a small IT support business and am looking for the most cost-effective solution. Currently I'm using Techinline Remote Desktop (http://www.techinline.com) which is a great fit for a small business such as mine, and they offer file transfer and customization options (as far as I know LMI Rescue doesn't on their free version) and it's a fraction of what some of the other tools cost. However, perhaps there are free services out there that can offer the same thing and I'm in the process of looking around. Any info would help
