I installed it last night as well. It is cool. I am not sure it is any more productive than 2.0, but it sure looks good. I am using this and Kinoma on my Mogul, and it is a stylus free Phone /email/ 8gb Mp3 Player/ TomTom GPS/ mobile Office 2007 with sliding keyboard/ camera/ internet browser /badass. Achilles heel...Internet Explorer. Multi Touch Safari on the iphone has me envious.
I am not digging all of the various screens to flip through, but I do like that I can customize my multiple desktops with widgets and icons. The contacts with re-sizable, re-positionable photo wall is cool.
I mapped my Voice Command button to be the SPB task manager on tap and "Lock" on press and hold. Makes the OS a lot more friendly. I don't know why the task manager and screen lock were not aways external buttons.

All that on a phone that's two years old!
My Mogul is actually a spare phone. Over the years, I have upgraded to the Touch and Touch Diamond. Both had screens die so I always pulled the Mogul out for backup. I am very impressed with how smoothly this runs on such old hardware. There are some slow downs (ironically enough, using the stylus actually makes the transitions and swipes more crisp!) however they are negligible and certainly no worse than TouchFlo 3D on the newer hardware.
I am going to download Opera Mini to see how that plays out, then just map it to the browser button and put a widget on my home screen for it.
Anyhow, well worth the money, especially for older hardware.
And for the record, I have had none of the challenges that others seem to be having on the spb Message Boards. Even the Facebook integration works flawlessly.
