Flutter: Like Twitter in 26 characters (but not really)
The video mocks both users and the companies trying to build and monetize micro-blogging, life-streaming, and social media in general. But it's the kind of funny that you laugh at, and then go and forward to your friends on Facebook and Twitter. It's not quite as mean-spirited or dismissive of micro-blogging as some other parodies.

Flutter!! LOL !
Twitter has a reason for 140 characters (SMS). And you can even tweet in 26 characters, its not like you can't post a tweet if its less than 140 ch.
