You guys are some cynical cats! Besides the fact that these guys actually verify people coming to stay with you, when someone books your place you have the option to refuse them if you think they're sketchy, so what's the downside? With social networking all the rage you can pretty much check anyone out, so I think it's a cool way to make some extra cash and meet some peeps traveling my way. Great idea,

From the Hosts Agreement:
