I prefer tvrss and utorrent. It may not be as user friendly, but its pretty darn simple

I don't think this thing could be any simpler. It's awesome. Just sign up for an account, and click on the shows you want. They just automatically download with utorrent.

I used tvrss before, but (i guess since it's a public site) my ISP temporararly shut down my internets, and gave me a stern warning about the tv show I was uploading. Since then I've stuck to Demonoid.

Problem is that this is illegal and the companies like HBO are sending out letters to stop downloading there shows off torrents. I just recieved one last week using this exact service.

Or... I can use this link http://tvrss.net/feed/eztv/ with uTorrent and have it download my shows for me. And are you even allowed to post about this?

You can easily create RSS Feeds using any search terms on isohunt.com. There is no need to sign up for a limited service like this

There's also TED (Torrent Episode Downloader), available here: http://ted.nu/
I've used TED for awhile now and it works great. I haven't tried FeedMyTorrents yet, so it will be interesting to see how they compare.

can someone please clarify the legality of downloading TV shows via torrent? i never understood if it was entirely illegal or legal or if it had to do with cable vs network shows and there was some gray area. it would stand to reason that if i can watch it on Hulu for free i should be able to download it without being too concerned about getting a letter from my ISP right?

It's illegal, but lots of fun

You're not getting anything for free at Hulu... They advertise to you and if you get it from bt and don't visit the site they have to charge that much less for ad time.
