CCleaner adds another C: Chrome cleanup
CCleaner has long been a favorite app of our readers, and its developers continue adding improvements to the already great program.
One big addition in the current build is support for Google Chrome, which rounds out CCleaner's ability to tidy up after the five major Windows web browsers (IE, Firefox, Crome, Opera, and Safari). CCleaner has actually been sweeping up after Chrome since December, but since it appears on the applications tab you may not have noticed it there.
If you're the forgetful type (or just don't want to be hassled by the toolbar install option), download the portable or toolbar-free version from the other builds page. It's a great tune-up and clean-up tool, and a must have for your USB flash drive.

All browsers have their own "Delete browsing history" option, that clears the Cache, Deletes history and cookies.....

Indeed they do, Jash...But none of them clean up all your other browsers and your registry ;-)

CCleaner does a hell of a lot more than just "Delete browsing history". Plus it does it using a simple interface and with just a few click of your mouse.
But you keep on doing it your way Jash...

I see you're also running Windows 7. I can't get the 'add ccleaner to recycle bin menu' options to stay checked. Is this an x64 problem?

Also there are registry issues that get 'fixed' but reappear in the scan 2 seconds later...

It could very well be. I've had trouble with various 32-bit apps and shell integration both on Vista and 7 x64

There should be a feature to clear Chrome itself from your computer!
Cause chrome < Firefox.

Support for Chrome was actually implemented a few versions ago. From the program's changelog:
v2.12.651
--------------------------------------------
- Added Google Chrome support.
I love CCleaner, been using it since it first came out :)
