Windows 7 Beta ISO leaked on torrent trackers

The ISO appears to contain the Windows 7 M1 build (7000) highlighted by Paul Thurrott on SuperSite. So far the new build seems to perform slightly better than 6801, and memory usage has been improved. A number of previously hidden features - like the iconized task bar - are also now active.
Before comments start asking why there's no link to the file, it's because this is something that we're not supposed to have yet. If you want to get your hands on it, check your favorite torrent search site. Also keep in mind that this is a leak, and there's always the possibility that the ISO has been tampered with.

This will be much better than Vista, it needs less power to run and is much faster. Just because a mistake (Vista) was made, it doesn't mean everything microsoft will do from here on out will suck.

I had a brief look at the last 64 bit 'pre-beta' variant ...... not overly impressed, but had to admit even this variant was better than Vista. Disappointed - immensely disappointed - though that it did not support 2560x1600 resolution out of the box, or recognise the monitor I am using a Dell 30", even my Mandriva2009 Linux managed both of those tasks, and Mac OS X ... well naturally it supports it.
It lasted about 3 days on my system, then I sadly got a little bored, so removed it. Will I purchase the GA when released?? I don't know, it depends really on the price that MS are intending to release it at. For me it has to be comparable to Mandrive2009 64 bit PWP(that is the full 'bells & whistles' version) @ 69Euro, or Mac OS X @ 89(GBP), or 129Euro. So if they intend to compete - like for like - with those products and sell Win7 Ultimate .... the top flight 64 bit version for say 99Euro..... then yes, I might. But as they sell the Vista Ultimum 64 bit SP1 for 225.10(GBP) ... I can't see that happening. Both Mandriva & Mac OS X give me everything that Win7 Ultimate gives me, and quite a bit more besides(particularly Linux)
