I upgraded from PS CS2 to CS3 really only because of the multi-processor support and that was pretty much the only reason to do so from CS2 other than a few minor tweaks and Bridge.
I'm now one of the PS/Bridge CS4 beta testers.
CS4 is a whole different game and will be well worth the upgrade for anyone who uses this product.
The workflow upgrades in Bridge alone saved me days of time editing and processing a 10-day photoshoot, and the upgrades to Photoshop are in some cases, perfectly simple, but perfectly needed. This is going to be an A+ program in the same way as Photoshop 7 was when it first came out.
