I've recently started using Read It Later. It'll serve up an RSS feed as well, designate pages to read later easily in the URL bar, and view what you've saved in the toolbar so you don't have to go to any web page. It also will pipe pages onto your machine to be read offline which is highly nifty when you're unconnected.
