Quitting smoking is not hard to do. In fact, it was one of the easiest things I have ever done. That is because I truely wanted to quit. You have to want to quit more than you want to smoke. It's that simple!
Have you tried quitting and got cravings? You only get those if are still lying to yourself about wanting to quit. You might be angry since I said you are lying to yourself. You'll understand what I mean after you quit. I would rather have you angry at me than see you smoke.
I smoked 3 packs a day for 42 years (mostly Marlboros). I quit cold turkey and got no cravings.
The only problem is having to re-learn how to live without cigarettes. When I quit I was constantly reaching for a smoke or reaching in my pants poket for my lighter. You have to train your hands to stop doing that. But it's not difficult to do.
If I can do it you can to! :))
