All SMSed up on your Crackberry with no space left? Dexrex 'em.
A common problem for many Blackberry and other mobile phone users have as well is what to do with all of those "omg these could be important" SMS messages. What to delete, what not to delete?That's no longer the question in Dexrex's mind.
Dexrex has put out an SMS archiving software and service for Blackberry people like yourself.
Once you get an SMS message it immediately gets archived by Dexrex for later checking out, re-reading, pining over, crying about, and forwarding to your buddy whilst drinking at the bar online (by just you hopefully). Dangerous stuff indeed.
We're calling this one Gmail for SMS.
The obvious issue here is privacy, as it is with all web services. SMS messages can be uber private, for example:
"d00d, thiz girl eez hawt". Do you want everyone in the world to see that? We don't. Dexrex has to prove themselves trustworthy.
Having said that, if you get a lot of SMS', give it a shot, tell us if its helpful, and share your experiences.

I've been using the instant message archiving software dexrex developed, more specifically their digsby extension and couldn't be happier. It sits in the quietly background and I can log onto dexrex at anytime, anywhere to mull through old conversations for links, phone numbers, whatever.
If I had a Blackberry I'd be all over the SMS extension. Dexrex is an amazing concept, I can't wait for the Windows Mobile SMS platform.

Your solution looks terrific. This will be a huge hit for BlackBerry Smartphone users.
Glad to see that you are securing the data and not sharing it.
At GWAVA we offer an archiving solution for SMS/PIN and Phone usage data that is BlackBerry Enterprise Server based and really for an organization as opposed to users. We have great success with this solution in Fortune 1000 companies, enterprise and government/education.
Our solution has no interaction with the devices.
Nice to see another solution in this space.

Very cool, I will give this a shot since I've had to delete messages before that I wish could've been kept. It's definitely a terrific app idea.
