You can import .dbf file types into Office 2007, however you can't export as a .dbf. That is what I find annoying in SP2 for Office 2007, as I would have liked the ability to export as .dbf as with all prior versions of Office.

To do .dbf exports in Office, you have to do them from Access. The feature was removed in Excel due to lack of use. (or to spur sales of Access)
