The best service I have used is SMEScheduler (www.thesmespace.com/SMEScheduler.com) - Outlook is fine when I am at my desk but for group scheduling SMEScheduler handles user voting for the best times and dates and automates the emails and responses and finally delivers an email with an Outlook or Mac attachment - double click on it and it is added to your calendar. Best of the whole things works from my Iphone as well as the web so I can do this on the move.
