Don't know if it a geo specific thing or what but I clicked over to Woopra using the post's supplied link, then clicked on "Sign up" and got an account. Which conflicts with the "beta only" statement written above. Just an FYI.

Anybody can sign up for an account. But you then need to submit your web site for approval before you get the tools/code to start tracking visitors to your site.That part might take a while.
