Skepticism is normal for a new idea. But just give a try and you will have a answer to

Speed is a mix of sliding for short expressions, prediction for long expressions and graffitis for special characters
all this without having to change layout.

Thank you :) for the tip concerning Shapewriter and Shark, the "SlideIt guys" know what is going on their field. SlideIt technology is a breakthrough and is patented. It is currently the only solution combining sliding,prediction and graffiti working on small devices.
